We’re looking for a talented and performance-driven Google Ads Specialist to join our team in Skopje. You’ll take the lead on managing paid search and display campaigns, optimizing for conversions, and helping our clients grow through smart strategy, sharp execution, and constant testing.

• Build and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube)
• Conduct keyword research, create ad copy, and structure campaigns for success
• Monitor daily performance and optimize for cost efficiency and ROAS
• Set up and manage conversion tracking, audiences, and remarketing
• Analyze performance data and generate reports with actionable insights
• Collaborate with designers and developers to improve landing page performance
• Stay up to date with the latest changes and best practices in Google Ads

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Google Ads
• Strong knowledge of campaign structure, bidding strategies, and performance tracking
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with team and clients
• Strong written and spoken English
