Recruiter

Thrasker is a fast-growing digital agency headquartered in Florida, USA, with a dynamic and expanding team in Skopje. We deliver world-class digital products and solutions to U.S. clients and are looking to grow our talented team. We need a proactive Recruiter to own the full recruitment lifecycle and help us attract top talent in development, design, marketing, and more.

As a Recruiter at Thrasker, you will lead our hiring efforts by sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates who fit our culture and growth ambitions. You’ll collaborate with department leads and management to understand hiring needs and deliver a seamless, positive candidate experience.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles (IT, marketing, design, etc.)
• Create and post engaging job ads on relevant platforms
• Source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide feedback
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and candidate tracking
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future needs
• Promote Thrasker’s employer brand and culture
• Assist with onboarding and HR-related tasks as needed

• 3+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in IT or digital industries
• Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with job boards and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to assess candidates’ skills and culture fit effectively
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple open roles simultaneously
• Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus
• Fluent in English and Macedonian (both written and spoken)
• Positive attitude and team player mindset
