Component Based Design
After developing over 1,000 websites we have noticed that
many of our custom designed websites contain extremely
similar layouts. Therefore, we decided to make a re-usable
library that consists of components that will allow for a
more efficient implementation onto our websites. This way,
we are still able to build high quality websites without
sacrificing performance for those individuals that truly
want something simple and straight to the point.
Hybrid Based Design
Hybrid Based Design is the mixture of a custom designed
website and a component-based designed website. We will use
components we have already created where necessary, and
custom designed/built components, if needed, for specific
sections of a website for visual impact!
Custom Design
Our custom designed websites are just that, CUSTOM! We will
look at the project requirements and not limit ourselves to
our library. We will spend the necessary amount of time to
make the website look phenomenal!!
SSL Certificate
An SSL Certificate is a digital certificate that
authenticates a website's identity and enables an encrypted
connection. The SSL Certificate is the industry standard now
that browsers essentially require it on all websites. Still
a large percentage of sites still don't have one. The SSL
Certificate is what allows website to move from HTTP to
HTTPS the (S) stands for secure.

and we will license X number of photos according to your
subscription.
Maintenance Minutes
Maintenance minutes is our method of tracking how many edits
have been executed on a website in a single month. Our goal
is to always be fair to our customer, which is why we allow
our maintenance minutes to rollover. We calculate minutes
instead of hours, due to a majority of updates taking us a
couple of minutes because our sites built in pure code.
Contact Form
This is the form on your website that will allow your
existing/potential customers to contact you.
Fully Responsive Design
A fully responsive design means that your website will
automatically adjust to different screen sizes and devices,
and ensure that it looks great!

Hosting
All of our website packages includes hosting. We host all of
our websites on dedicated Amazon or Google servers. We also
use powerful third party software that will alllow us to
improve our performance of our websites.
Security
We utilize the most up to date trends with website security
ensuring that your website does not get hacked.
Website Backups
We continuously make backups both server side, and through
our Git Repository in the event that we need to rollback to
a previous working version.
On-Site SEO
For our Hybrid + Solid Rocket website plans we include the
necessary On-Site SEO to get your website ranked. We also
provide additional SEO services that can be found on our SEO
packages but in our On-Site SEO we provide the following:
- Sitemap
- Robots.TXT
- Search Console Integration
- Page Title Research / Implementation
- Page Description Research / Implementation
- Speed Tests to ensure proper performance
Time to Launch
This is the estimated time for us to launch a website. Keep
in mind that any delays by the client will affect this time
to launch estimation. An example of such a delay would be
for us to wait for the content from client.
Professional Copywriting
We have team members that are skilled in writing marketing
material and website copy. The main purpose of hiring a
copywriter is to sell the product or service they are
writing about. In addition it also saves you some time! Our
current rate is approximately $250 / Page, which is
approximately 500-600 words.
Stock Video
We license professional stock vidoe at a rate listed on our
plans.
Facebook Pixel
The Facebook pixel is a piece of code that you place on your
website. It collects data that helps you track conversions
from Facebook ads, optimize ads, build targeted audiences
for future ads and remarket to people who have already taken
some kind of action on your website. The installation of
this pixel is included on our Hybrid + Solid Rocket Plans,
when requested.
Google Tag Manager / GA4
Google Analytics 4 (GA4) is an analytics service that
enables you to measure traffic and engagement across your
websites and apps. Google Tag Manager is a tag management
system (TMS) that allows you to quickly and easily update
measurement codes and related code fragments collectively
known as tags on your website or mobile app. The
installation of the GA4 / GTM is included on our Hybrid +
Solid Rocket Plans, when requested.
Google Studio / Custom Dashboard
Google Data Studio is a powerful tool for creating reports
and dashboards, which you can use to analyze, present
marketing results and make better decisions. Based on
reliable data, it is possible to make more informed choices.
The installation of the Google Studio is included on our
Hybrid + Solid Rocket Plans, when requested.
Google My Business
Google Business Profile is an easy-to-use tool for
businesses and organizations to manage their online presence
across Google. To help customers find your business, you can
verify your business and edit your business information. The
installation of the Google My Business Profile is included
on our Hybrid + Solid Rocket Plans, when requested.
Shopify Integration
We will integrate shopify into our custom coded websites.
The shopify system is built on a language called "liquid"
which allows for the Shopify CMS to communicate with its
themes. Typical shopify stores are built with premade themes
that are naturally integrated with Shopify, but high end
custom websites have shopify elements installed on them.
This integration of Shopify is included on our Hybrid +
Solid Rocket Plans, when requested.
Headless CMS Integration
In the event that you want a portal that communicates with
our servers to update contents of your website such as an
announcement board, or a blog. Then we will integrate a
Headless CMS. A headless content management system organizes
and stores content without making assumptions about how or
where it is delivered. A headless CMS runs in the cloud and
encompasses a back-end content repository with related
services to quickly generate digital experiences. This goes
against our strategy of having a website maintained by us,
but in the event that you need it for some specific reason
there is an additional fee of $1,000 for us to integrate one
.
Marketing Plans Deliverables
Minimum Ad Spend
The minimum ad spend is the minimum amount that you need to
spend per month to have a campaign stratgy with us. The
reason why we have minimums in place is so that we are able
to conduct proper testing and see enough results to make
better future decisions. In addition, this will allow you to
get enough of a return to factor in the additional cost of
our service fee.
Maximum Ad Spend
The maximum ad spend is the amount that is included in the
service fee without an additional cost. After the Maximum Ad
Spend amount has been spent in a single month, any
additional amount will be charged 10% of the ad spend.

Cost Beyond Max Ad Spend
This percentage refers to the amount that we will charge
